Place the hand relaxed and centered, and the elbow in front of the hip.
Press forward and inside by the left elbow executing the Outside forward moving idea -
Fook Sau
with the inside of arm centered.
Huen Sau into Wu Sau
with wrist centered and elbow in front of the hip.
Let Wu Sau be is "pressed" backwards,
ending with the fingers centered and the elbow on the hip line.
Repeat twice.
