Press forward and inside by the left elbow, until the left hand is in front however slightly lower than Solar Plexus.

Neutral Punch (DAR), via Line of gravity, driven by the elbow with the shoulder back, the elbow joint pointing towards the ground and the arm fully stretched.


Huen Sau - (Side view)

 

Huen Sau to be executed with fingers rotating inside, while arm is fully stretched and elbow joint fixed towards the ground.

Lower the elbow back to Sau Kuen.


Repeat the above sequences with right arm.
