Bong Sau with the elbow exploding forward while the underarm rotates.


Splitting idea - Receiving


Elbow lowers forward into Taan Sau (Shifting). Lower the elbow and wrist below horizontal into the center with a stretched arm, with a following "Lifting" "Palm strike" into a horizontal position.


Huen Sau


Huen Sau to be executed with fingers rotating inside, while arm is fully stretched and elbow joint fixed towards the ground.

Lower the elbow back to Sau Kuen.

Repeat all the above sequences with right arm.
