3.B.0 - Primary Dar (Fook) and Wu (Inside Fook) destinations:


Always maintain pressure towards final arm destination!!

Always look along the Dar SUPERSTRING

3.B.1 - Taan Geuk:

Taan Geuk is executed from Fighting Stance, and primarily with the front leg. Ankle/toes and knee to be rotated forward and outside, however focused on the attackers "Kicking side" of hip.

Kicks against Kicks - No higher than horizontal.

3.B.2 - Bong Geuk:

Bong Geuk is executed from Fighting Stance, and primarily with the front leg. Ankle/toes and knee to be rotated forward and inside crossing the Attacking Line, however focused on the attackers "Kicking side" of hip.
When Kicking across the body - Always bring back the Kicking leg to the rear, to ensure an optimal power line upon landing.

Kicks against Kicks - No higher than horizontal.

3.B.3 - Front Kick:

Front Kick is executed from Fighting Stance, and primarily with the front leg. Ankle/toes and knee to be rotated forward and inside crossing the Attacking Line, however focused on the attackers "Kicking side" of hip.
When Kicking across the body - Always bring back the Kicking leg to the rear, to ensure an optimal power line upon landing.

Kicks against Kicks - No higher than horizontal.








3.B.4 - Short Step:

From IRAS - Rotation forward/backwards into Figthing Stance, when being moved by pressure or follows due to attack or opponents pressure release.








3.B.5 - Long Step:

From Fighting Stance - Front leg steps/rotates backwards, when being moved upon pressure at "front leg side" of hip.




 

3.C.1 - Daan Chi Sau:

From IRAS - A from Taan Sau - B from Fook Sau.

A attacks with Chaan and Short Step, B receives with Jam and Short Step. Then B attacks with Fook and Chasing Step, forcing A into Bong/Wu (B receives Bong with Inside Fook) and Long Step either forward (Chasing) or backwards depending on the pressure.
Return to starting position while maintaining pressure.

3.C.2 - Outside to Inside  1:

From IRAS - A from Taan Sau - B from Fook Sau.

A attacks with Chaan, B receives with Huen (Outside to Inside), forcing A to do Huen ( Inside to Outside) and Fook attack, which B receives with Taan.




3.C.3 - Outside to Inside  2:

From IRAS - A from Taan Sau - B from Fook Sau.

A presses Taan to the outside, B reacts with Oi Huen (reverse - Outside to Inside) and Chaan attack which B receives with Jam.

3.D.1 - Pak - Fark - Lap:

From basic Lat Sau (1.D.1).

A attacks with Pak Dar, B reacts with "high - panik" Pak to the side, and A continues with next punch. If punch is stopped, A releases Fark Sau. If Fark Sau is stopped by B's Wu, A continues with Lap Dar.
