AFTERMATH INTERNAL

A real fight will for some be a traumatic experience.
The nerves system can get stock causing symptoms like PTSD, Stress etc. (se next capture)

“We boil at different degrees “ (Ref. 13)

When being in combat/fight the adrenalin(SNS) will do its best to get you ready for fighting or running. One of the most normal mechanical side effect is loss of bladder and sphincter control. It’s not charming but it is a perfectly natural human response. If you have a “load” in your lover intestines during a highly stressful survival situation, its’s going to go.

“I will go see a war movie”, said one Vietnam veteran, “were the main character is shitting his pants in the battle scene.”

There are common known perceptual distortions in stress that can change the way we see and feel the reality we are in:

Diminished Sound (auditory Exclusion)
Intensified Sounds
Tunnel Vision
Automatic Pilot ("Scared speechless”)
Heightened Visual Clarity
Slow Motion time
Temporary Paralysis
Memory Loss for parts of the Event
Memory Loss for Some of Your Actions (Perseveration)
Dissociation (Detachment, freeze is in this category as well)
Intrusive Distracting Thoughts
Memory distortions
Fast Motion Time

Each of these topics are complex to comprehend. The listing here is just for the information that these things can occur, both under stress but also long time after the incident. Seek professional help if this comes on to you.
