Structure Test - Outside Positions

 

Pak / Wu. Execute Pak Sau (5.S.N.T.) with right hand, and Wu Sau (3.S.N.T.) with left arm on the Attack line, to prevent overrotation.

Repeat Pak / Wu twice.




 

Fook Sau (5.S.N.T.) from Wu position, and Wu Sau from Pak position, with right arm on the Attack line, to prevent overrotation.
Shat Geng Sau, with the elbow low, from Fook position. Wu Sau stays on the Attack line.
Jut Sau (4.S.N.T.), with the elbow towards center, from Shat Geng position, And "low" Dar, min. horizontal, from Wu position.



 

Repeat sequence in the other side.

Execute double Tuk Sau (4.S.N.T.) with elbows forward!
