Press forward and inside by the elbow, until the left hand is in front of Solar Plexus. Neutral Punch (DAR), via Line of gravity, driven by the elbow with the shoulder back and the elbow joint pointing towards the ground. (2.S.N.T.). Right arm in front of the hip ready for Fook Sau.

Fook / Wu. Execute Fook Sau (5.S.N.T.), which must be horizontal, and Wu Sau (3.S.N.T.), with horizontal fingers, from Dar position.
Rotate hip slightly, while placing right hand behind top of trunk, and left hand at arm.
Execute double Jut Sau (4.S.N.T.) by "shock" lowering elbows.
Right arm in front of the hip ready for Bong Sau, and left arm in front of the hip ready for Wu Sau.

Bong / Wu (3.C.K.).
Execute Bong Sau during a sleight rotation around the Core Line, until the elbow points towards "opponent's" Core Line,
while Wu Sau stays on the Attack line to prevent overrotation.
Step to the left while staying frontal. Right arm in front of the hip ready for Taan Sau, and left arm in front of the hip ready for Fook Sau.
Execute Fook Sau / Sweeping Taan Sau (6.S.N.T.). Punch/Step - let the "Dummy" structure, set the legs.
Scissors Gaan. "High" Gaan sau (3.C.K.) from Fook position, and "low" Gaan sau (1.S.N.T.) from Taan position, with elbow joints towards the floor.
Kwaan Sau. Execute Dai Bong Sau / Taan Sau (7.S.N.T.) (towards Chaan Sau) (3.S.N.T.). Possible Chasing step to ensure optimal structure.

Step to the right staying frontal using the "dummy arm" to force/release the right arm towards the ground with wrist rotation Tut Sau (8.S.N.T.). Right arm in front of the hip ready for Fook Sau, and left arm in front of the hip ready for Inside Fook Sau.
Execute Fook Sau / Inside Fook Sau (3.C.K.). Punch/Step - let the "Dummy" structure, set the legs.
Scissors Gaan. "High" Gaan sau (3.C.K.) from Fook position,
and "low" Gaan sau (1.S.N.T.) from Inside Fook position, with elbow joints towards the floor.

Execute Fook Sau (5.S.N.T.) from "low" Gaan position, and Huen Sau (6.S.N.T.) to Wu sau (or inside wrist position) (3.S.N.T.)
from "high Gaan position, by lowering the elbow rotating/dragging the feet into IRAS.
Jam / Chaan.
Execute Jam Sau (6.S.N.T.) from Fook position and Chaan Sau (3.S.N.T.) from Wu/inside wrist position.
