Execute a 90 degrees rotation with feet still joined, leaving left foot slightly in front.
Taan Geuk to be executed from joined feet with angle/toes and knee rotated forward and outside, during a 90 degrees rotation.
Gam / Wu to be executed right after Bong geuk and before landing.
Gam Sau during a plus 90 degrees rotation around the Core Line, until the elbow points slightly past "opponent's" Core Line,
while Wu Sau stays on the Attack line to prevent overrotation.
Repeat once with slight rotation.

Gam Sau to be coordinated with Sau kuen during slight rotation. Dar drags rotation back to IRAS.
Lower previous Dar and execute Gam / Sau Kuen.
Gam / Sau Kuen
to be executed in total three times, and with the last Dar higher.
Next Dar will be below "high" Dar.

Huen Sau to be executed with fingers rotating inside, while arm is fully stretched and elbow joint fixed towards the ground.
Lower the elbow back to Sau Kuen.
