Front Kick. Ankle/toes and knee to be vertical and focused on the attackers Core Line, during a 90 degrees rotation.
Noi Bong. To be executed with elbows dragging sidewise ending outside the hips, upon rear leg landing.
Lower the elbows forward to double Taan Sau.
Taan Sau starts the move and Noi Bong follows, upon rear leg landing.
To be executed twice.

DoubleNoi Bong starts the move, and double Dong fark Sau are released upon rear leg landing next to front leg.
Lower elbows into double Jut Sau.
Double horizontal Palm Strike with fingers slightly outside rotated.
Oi Huen Sau to be executed with fingers rotating outside, while arm is fully stretched and elbow joint fixed towards the ground.
Lower the elbows back to double Sau Kuen.
Dau Dap Bo. The hip slings the right leg to the rear (The Iron Broome) during a 180 degrees rotation.
