8.A.2 - Muk Yan Chong

Muk Yan Chong - 2. Section

8.B.1 - Po Pei - Basic idea:

From Fighting Stance.

When close to opponent, execute Various Po Pei variations, with full arm/elbow control and following Chasing Step.

8.C.1 - Fook/Wu - Jam/Po Pei:

From basic Poon Sau (4.C.2) to 2. Attack (Inside Pak) (6.C.1)

Against A's 2. Attack (Inside Pak), B lowers inside Fook into Fook while rotating forward, creating room for Noi Bong to release into Wu. Upon impact B raises arm to horizontal while turning away, A's Fook converts fook into Jam and Wu into Po Pei - (Low palm "push"/low punch), before landing with Short Step.

8.C.2 - Scissors Gaan Defense against Po Pei:

From basic Poon Sau (4.C.2) to 2. Attack (Inside Pak) (6.C.1)

Against A's 2. Attack (Inside Pak), B lowers inside Fook into Fook while rotating forward, creating room for Noi Bong to release into Wu, which drags A's arm to execute the above Jam/Po pei. Upon intension A counter attacks with Scissors Gaan, releasing B's Jam into Pak (3.S.N.T.) against high Gaan, and A's low Gaan guides B's lower attack into a "Lifting" Chaan (9.C.K.).
Due to the centered elbow at A's High Gaan, A controls B's Lifting Punch, and

If A's jut is across B's attacking line, B is forced into Bong and principle Wu (3.C.K.) to avoid over rotation.

8.C.3 - Inside Taan control:

From slightly rotated IRAS
A from Bong and principle Wu (3.C.K.) - B from Inside Fook/Lap.

Prior to start, A lowers Wu into a non contact Fook.
When B releases the Lap contact, A executes Fook and Taan with a following Short Step.

8.C.4 - Kam Na Sau:

From slightly rotated IRAS
A from Bong and principle Wu (3.C.K.) - B from Inside Fook/Lap.

Prior to start, A lowers Wu into a non contact Fook.
When B directs the Lap contact/pressure towards own Inside Fook, A executes Fook, however meets the Lap arm and converts Fook into Kam Na Sau control hand, and releases Chaan with a following Short Step.

8.D.1 - Fighting situations: - Program 8.C.1 - 2 :

Always from Fighting Stance..

If opponent, upon diagonal contact raises the arm to horizontal while turning away, execute Jam to Po Pei.
