Defence of the “self” starts a long time before you are in a physical conflict and stops a long time after the fight is over.
The following words are not a complete manual of what can happen and what you should do.
Your combative arsenal must coincide with your behavioral and psychological arsenal so that your entire being (mind, emotions, body and spirit) fully cooperates in the total defense of the self.
One cannot function without the other; it is each sum that makes the whole.
