My Wing Tsun journey started in Frederikssund in 1994. At that time the city was famous for being the most violent city in Denmark. We were often involved in or witnesses to situation involving violence. When Bjarke Aarlø (2. I stopped with continuous training around 1997. In 2010 my son wanted to train karate, I convinced him that we should visit WT-Center first, and there I had a longer talk with an instructor at the bar (Sifu Lars Murholt). From there I have been captured by the principles and good vibe at Wing Tsun Scandinavia. Both in training and teaching, I focus on the mental aspects of self defense, but also on real energy in scenario training/asymmetric training.
