Gwat Sau (Splitting control arm) stretch the arm while lowering the elbow in front of the hip.
Taan Sau (Sweeping) with a sweeping movement into previous Taan (stopping) position.
Huen sau lowers the elbow and wrist (max. horizontal), while the fingers rotates inside.
Gam Sau with a stretched arm lower than horizontal and with wrist in the center.
