Outside Superstring - (Fook Sau)

Pak Sau to the side and away from the body. Then Fook Sau with a stretched arm, no higher than horizontal and with wrist in center.

 


Huen Sau - (Side view)

 

Huen Sau to be executed with fingers rotating inside, while arm is fully stretched and elbow joint fixed towards the ground.

Lower the elbow back to Sau Kuen.


Repeat all the above sequences with right arm.
